Community Outreach Services (COS) provides services to young adults ages 16-24 that are intended to help them re-engage in the community. COS is focused serving youth who are homeless, have dropped out of school, are unemployed, are pregnant or parenting, and/or who are disconnected from family and community.  COS focus areas are: employment, housing & education. Youth will be connected with a staff member who will conduct a needs assessment and assist the youth in meeting their immediate needs. The staff member will continue working closely with the youth until they are out of crisis. This contact with staff can be long-term or short-term, depending on the needs of the client.

Transportation assistance in the form of Star Tran Ride for $7.50 Bus Passes are available.
