Stocking Project Year 3

December 2024 marked the third year for the stocking project, a unique weaving of community support for the young adults served by The HUB. The project starts with crocheters and knitters joining forces to handmake stockings in a variety of patterns to ensure that every young adult will find one that they love! Each of the stockings were filled to the brim with items both useful and fun! This project takes collaboration and coordination! We are thankful to Lincoln Center Kiwanis for spearheading this project and to the many additional donors that make this happen!

The HUB distributed these beautiful gifts to 105 young adults. One young adult shared, "this stocking made me feel special, it was like someone wanted me to know it was okay to be me."
